We are based in San Antonio, Texas, which is stolen land from Yanaguana, or "Land of the Spirit Waters," the ancestral homeland of the Payaya people and the Tāp Pīlam Coahuiltecan Nation, which also includes Pacoa, Borrado, Pakawan, Paguame, Papanac, Hierbipiame, Xarame, Pajalat, and Tilijae Nations. We honor these tribes, whose lands were divided by the U.S./Mexico border and whose descendants are currently divided between both territories. We pay our respects to their elders and ancestors, past and present.
